RETURNS

1) WHEN CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT

You can send any unworn item back to us if the below conditions can be met: 
• Your return request is 30 days or less from the date of delivery. If it has been more than 30 days, we are unable to process a return for you.
• Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received:  all tags and labels must be attached and in the original packaging. 

2) HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT

If you are a registered customer: 
• Access your personal account with your username and password 
• Select the product(s) you wish to return from your ‘Orders’ list and press the ‘Return Order’ button 
• Fill out the online form, select the product you wish to return and give a reason, then click ‘Confirm return request’ 
• Print the return label and add it to the parcel 
• Post the parcel WITHIN 30 DAYS from the online form filling.

Can I make an Exchange?

• At this time, we cannot honor an exhange. If you wish to purchase a new color, size or item, you will have to return it and place a new order online. 

 

Not a registered customer? 
No problem: go to the ‘Returns’ sections of the website, which is located at the bottom of each page, and follow the instructions provided there.

If you would rather contact Customer Care, you will need the order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return. You will be assisted throughout the process. 
If you wish to return a gift, you should contact Customer Care directly. 

Important notes: 
• When returning a product, we offer a free return service.

• Once the returned product has been checked into our warehouse, it will not be sent back to you.

 

3) ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING

All returned products will be evaluated by DYNAFIT’s staff: 
• If the returned product is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your return request will be processed promptly. 
• The credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Should there be problems with the returned product, you will be contacted by our Custumer Care team for further clarification.

 

4) RETURNING PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY

If you wish to return one or more items under warranty, please contact our Customer Care team at support_us@dynafit.com, or fill in the online form that can be found on our Contact Us page.
