Dynafit proudly guarantees the quality and long-lasting function of its products. Items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired if within the legally required warranty period of two years. The warranty is invalid in the case of product damage from wear and tear or improper or negligent use. The warranty period of two years is valid in Europe, it may vary in non-European countries depending on national laws.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept products returned to us without a return number, nor are we able to appropriately process them.
After requesting a return number, you will be able to print out a return shipment label with a bar code. UPS will assume the return. Either you bring the package to a UPS Station or arrange an appointment with UPS, when they have to pickup your package at home.
Dynafit is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during shipping; nor is it able to replace packages that are lost when shipped back for a return if no proof of parcel tracking is available. For any further information, please refer to our "Payment and Delivery" policies:
New products purchased through our Dynafit Online Shop may be returned within 30 days.

If not, it’sreally easy to do:
Step 1: Log in to your DYNAFIT account.
Step 2: Register your DYNAFIT products within 12 months of the purchase date in your account. Go to the “product registration” card in your account.
Step 3: You can register every product and need only the following information: Purchase date, product type, serial number or article number, and purchase location (online, offline). The serial number (format: 1234567) or article number (format: 00-0000000000) can be found directly on your product or on the original packaging. Finally, upload the original purchase receipt as a JPG, PNG, or PDF.
Step 4: Done! You have successfully registered your product and have now secured the DYNAFIT Lifetime Guarantee. You can find your registration confirmation at any time for download on the product registration card in your account.In addition, you will receive a confirmation by email.
