To start your return process, please input your email address as well as your order number in the appropriate boxes below. (Your order number can be found in the confirmation email from your order).
A few things to note,
1. You can return your product if it has been 30 days or less after you receive it.
2. The product must be in the original condition as you received it.
3. All original tags must still be attached
4. Shipping will be free of charge if the purchase was made directly on Dynafit.com/en-us/
5. Items purchased from an authorized Dynafit store or Authorized Retailer must be returned to the store where the initial purchase was made.

Print out the return form and place it in the package being returned.
Place the return label over the original shipping label.
Take the package to a UPS station or have UPS pick it up. The return is free of charge for you.
