Which shoes are included in the “Trail it” program?
All DYNAFIT trail running and mountaineering shoes can be tested. What happens to the items?
Returned shoes get a second life. Every return is carefully checked, cleaned, and refurbished so that it can be worn again. Products from our 30-Tage-Testprogramm are resold, for example, as part of the Second Life program. This way, we avoid waste and conserve resources.

Can I exchange the shoes instead of returning them?
No, unfortunately, an exchange isn’t possible. If you don’t want to keep the shoes, the refund will go back to your payment method.

How do I send the shoes back?
Online order: Please use our return form here to send the shoes back.
Bought in store: Simply return the shoes to the same store where you bought them.

What period do the 30 days refer to?
The 30-day trial period starts as soon as your order arrives. The shoes can still be returned on the 30th day, so they don’t have to be received by us within 30 days.

Do the shoes need to be returned in the original packaging?
Ideally yes, so they arrive well protected.

How does the refund work?
The refund is always made using the same payment method that you used for the purchase.

In what condition do the shoes need to be returned?
The shoes should be in a clean condition. Please remove any excessive dirt before returning them. Normal wear and tear from testing on trails is totally fine.

Yes! That’s exactly what they’re made for, for testing in real conditions: in the woods, on mountains, trails, rocky or muddy terrain.
