Do you want an additional year warranty for your products?
It's very simple!
Step 1: Sign up on our site and become a Dynafit Club member.
Step 2: Register your Dynafit products on the Product Registration tab in the account area.
Step 3: Congratulations - you now have 3 years warranty on your product.
Dynafit proudly guarantees the quality and long-lasting function of its products. Items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired if within the legally required warranty period of two years. The warranty is invalid in the caseof product damage from wear and tear or improper or negligent use.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept products returned to us without a return number, nor are we able to appropriately process them.
After requesting a return number, you will be able to print out a return shipment label with a bar code. UPS will assume the return. Either you bring the package to a UPS Station or arrange an appointment with UPS, when they have to pickup your package at home.
Dynafit is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during shipping; nor is it able to replace packages that are lost when shipped back for a return if no proof of parcel tracking is available. For any further information, please refer to our "Payment and Delivery" policies:
New products purchased through our Dynafit Online Shop may be returned within 30 days.
