Oriol Cardona Coll, born in 1994, comes from Banyoles (Catalonia) and now lives in Font-Romeu in the Pyrenees. Since he was a kid, he’s been on skis and he got into competitive sports pretty early on. He kicked off his sports career in athletics and sky running before he really found his calling in ski mountaineering. Today, he’s on the very top of the world and is a big influence on the development of the sport. In the adrenaline-fueled sprint, Oriol has almost won everything there is to win. But there’s one thing still missing. The missing puzzle piece of his sports career: A medal on the biggest stage that the world of sports knows.
