To return a product, you have to complete the procedure within 30 days of delivery.

• All returned products must be in perfect saleable condition.

• Exception: With our Trail it test program, you can try out your DYNAFIT running shoes for 30 days. If they don’t fit, you can simply send them back. The shoes do not have to be in their original condition.
