The size of ski touring boots is given in Mondopoint – this corresponds to the length of the foot from the big toe to the heel. Always round up to the next Mondopoint size to ensure enough space. It’s best to buy the boots in the afternoon or evening when your foot is slightly swollen, and try them on with thin ski touring socks. This way, you make sure the shoes fit perfectly, avoid pressure points, and ensure both the ascent and descent are comfortable.
