Ultra Gore-Tex SHAKEDRY™ Jacket Men

At only 150 grams, the Ultra Gore-Tex SHAKEDRY™ Jacket is the lightest and most breathable waterproof jacket in the Trail Running collection by Dynafit. Just as with all other Gore-Tex products, this jacket protects extremely reliably from rain and wind. But what’s different from other waterproof gear is that this SHAKEDRY™ fabric has no outer layer to absorb water. The water simply beads up on the surface. The lack of an outer layer mans the jacket in the rain cannot absorb water that makes it heavier, and you do not get chilled by collected water. An additional feature is that the jacket has Dynafit’s innovative Zip-Over System for running backpacks: With a long zipper, the jacket can be expanded at the back and worn over a pack. That keeps the pack and its contents dry even in steady rain. This jacket is designed so that it adapts perfectly to both open and closed pack systems to ensure you get unlimited freedom of movement. To stay ventilated during intense running, the jacket has a special construction with underarm ventilation areas. And a cover over the perforations prevents water from getting in but allows air to circulated unimpeded. Its athletic cut, stretch inserts at the seams, and elastic at the cuffs means the jacket will follow your every movement. After a rain shower, the jacket just shakes dry and can then be packed away dry and small into its own hood.
