A heel-to-toe drop of 8 mm guarantees good support on middle- and long-distance runs on demanding, variable terrain. Additional protection comes from an integrated carbon plate - the Carbon Shield - between the midsole and outsole that keeps your feet protected from rocks and adds responsiveness and durability.
