At the weekend from the 4th to the 5th of February 2012 - on of the coldest since new year in Germany - the international selected Athletes arrive again for the DYNAFIT-Trainingscamp in Bad Hindelang. They are going to train together with Javier Martin, Team DYNAFIT International Trainer and Patrick Jost, Mountainguide Expert; for the world´s biggest sktouring-race, the Patrouille des Glaciers.
This weekend we will have to pre-select nominées for the three teams which are going to participate at the race from Zermatt to Verbier in end of April 2012. Toptrainer Javier Martin and Patrick are going to guide all 15 participants for a long-distance skitour in over 3000HM with alpine tracks in order to get an insight in the athlete´s training-status and endurance.
All participants are strong - this was shown at the first camp´s performance diagnosis at the Universität der Bundeswehr in Munich. The selection is going to be hard but only nine of the fifteen athletes will participate at the race in three teams.
Have a good training - and bring warm clothes!
